It's the season of giving and what better way to celebrate than to participate in a community event that brings together individuals of all abilities to help prepare and serve dinner at the Rescue Mission.

About the Event
As the holidays approach, emphasizing gratitude and giving, there are a few opportunities available to do just that. Individuals of all abilities can come together to help prepare and/or serve dinner at the SFV Rescue Mission (www.sfvrescuemission.org). This is a great opportunity to emphasize social skills, teamwork, and helping others. The event has been created for ages 15 and older alongside their caregivers and S.O.M inc volunteers. Whether it is sorting, helping with meal-prep, and/or serving we could use everyone's talents and assistance. Of course, Covid guidelines are still enforced (e.g., masks, gloves, etc).
