About the Event
Join us as we participate in a beach clean-up in partnership with "Heal the Bay" (10 am-11 am), followed by free play and enjoy a picnic (11 am-12 pm) with our mermaid character "Arial". The event is free and inclusive (e.g., typical and children who may have special needs). Families may come anytime and stay beyond 12 pm. However, S.O.M. Inc will leave at 12 pm and stop serving snack food items and refreshments. We ask that caregivers attend for supervision and safety. All materials will be provided (e.g., kid gloves, buckets, and tongs), and each family must sign a waiver as required by "Heal the Bay." Location details: Topanga Beach is located at the corner of the P.C.H. highway and Topanga.
******Parking is available alongside the road and or where you see the Topanga State Beach parking lot for a fee. Look for the blue canopy with the Shades of Motherhood Inc. banner nearby the bathrooms and the Lifeguard Operations building.
